Sharon, who hails from Houston, Texas, immigrated to Israel in 1997. A member of the Israel Bar since 2007, Sharon gained commercial law experience in boutique law firms serving Israeli and international corporations and companies.
At Shenkar-Lax & Co. Law Offices, (2014 to 2018), Sharon counselled clients on the legal, business and financial aspects of commercial, corporate, IP and employment issues, drafting, negotiating and inking local and international commercial agreements and joint ventures. Inter alia, she was involved in M&As for high- and low-tech businesses, and in distribution and service partnership arrangements in the US, EMEA, and the Far East.
Sharon gained a B.A. in Political Science and Communications from Bar Ilan University (2001), but later changed career track and in 2006 gained an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Following an internship with Silber, Schottenfels & Gerber (2006-2007), Sharon moved to Shuman & Co. Attorneys at Law (2008-2011), where she focused mainly on commercial agreements and general corporate work for business clients.
With her commercial law background, English as her mother tongue, and fluency in Hebrew – Sharon has after all achieved two academic degrees in the latter language – she is well equipped for legal translation.
Aside from a busy career and a large family, Sharon is an active volunteer in her community and an avid reader.
